This series contains one bound volume of minutes and agenda of the following committees: Sub-Committee on Spanish Literature (1955), Spanish Lutheran Literature Committee (1955-1956), Consultative Committee on Spanish Christian Literature (1956, 1958, 1962), United Lutheran Church in America Committee on Spanish Publications (1957), Sub-Committee on Luther's Works in Spanish (1959). Other minutes and agenda are those of the Conference on Spanish Literature (1950) and Spanish Lutheran Literature Conferences and Consultations (1958-1960). A Statement on Spanish Lutheran Literature (1949) and a Report on Spanish Lutheran Literature (1954), both. By William G. Arbaugh, are also contained in the volume. Records include discussion of publication plans, needs, and committee activities; publication lists; and reports.

William George Arbaugh was on June 16, 1902, on a farm seven miles southeast of Goshen, Indiana, the son of the Rev. Dr. Alonzo Harvey Arbaugh and the former Nora Leone Bartholomew. He attended elementary schools in Chicago and Buckley, Illinois and in Mulberry, Indiana. His secondary education was obtained at the Weidner Institute in Mulberry and at Carthage College Academy in Carthage, Illinois. He was confirmed in Mulberry in 1916.
